Well let me be honest... the page ranking of this site is terrible :(
Worse than terrible, it is appalling, atrocious, beastly, dire, disastrous, disturbing, dreadful, frightful, ghastly, harrowing, poor, repulsive, unfortunate and certainly unpleasant and unwelcome.

So what to do? Well I have started learning about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and I am trying to tweak the site to see what happens!!!

If anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears!

Well, for starters, you should make all \"title\" of the page attributes to be what they really are, unique for each page. They should match the contents of the page. Apparently you have \"Linux and me\" on every page!

Secondly, titles of the page (visible headings) should have the <H></H> tag around them, not a CSS style definition that makes it look like a H tag. Search engines apparently give importance to the text appearing between H tags.

Thirdly, have a look at mod_rewriting... it is something I have yet to look at but there is a very strong community pointing towards this... a few links to some nice mod_rewrite articles are below:
(in Romanian)

Also, find a good seo forum, and stick around. I have just found one today that I am very pleased with: ... however, in English, , (a Google insider\'s blog), and many others I will not include here.

Then, find some nasty phrases/keywords you want to be found under, and try to add them around your site (not spamming though), and also submit to search engines / directories / portals / pretty much anything and anywhere you can! A list of many portals and directories resides here:

That\'s kinda all... I hope it helps.

Good luck.
